At Modern Apartments, we understand the importance of convenient parking. That’s why we offer a variety of options for both residents and their guests:

• Underground Parking: Secure, well-lit, and easily accessible with elevator access to all floors.
• Outdoor Parking: Spacious and monitored with security cameras for extra safety.
• Visitor Parking: Special spots reserved for your guests, available with easy registration at the reception.

All residents are assigned a designated parking space. Additional parking spaces are available for purchase or rent upon request.

Parking Size and Access

Each parking space measures approximately 2.5 meters wide by 5 meters long, designed to comfortably fit standard and large vehicles. Access to the parking area is secured by remote-controlled gates, and entry is available 24/7 for residents.
