We offer 28 secure, well-lit underground garages with easy access to all floors via elevator. Each garage provides protection from weather elements and enhanced security for your vehicle.
Outdoor Parking
Our property includes 43 spacious outdoor parking spaces, monitored by security cameras for extra safety. These spots are conveniently located near building entrances.
Visitor Parking
Special spots reserved for your guests, available with easy registration at the reception. Ensure your visitors always have a place to park when they come to see you.
Parking Assignment
All residents are assigned a designated parking space upon purchase of their apartment. Additional parking spaces are available for purchase or rent upon request, subject to availability.
Parking Size and Access
Each parking space measures approximately 2.5 meters wide by 5 meters long, designed to comfortably fit standard and large vehicles. Access to the parking area is secured by remote-controlled gates, and entry is available 24/7 for residents.
